HOW DO I RETURN & EXCHANGE MY ORDERS?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return or exchange undamaged and unused products within 30 days from the date delivered.
For detailed information on how to return your order (including damaged or wrong product), please contact us at email@example.com with pictures of item attached.
1. All Earrings and custom jewellery sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for returns and the cost for any lost or damaged items occurred when returning.
3. Each item must be returned in its original condition, and all original packaging and accessories must be included.
4.We will process the refund/exchange within 5 business days after receiving the returned product.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS?
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returns unless incorrect or damaged items were received.
For local and US orders, we will deduct $15 from original payment as delivery shipping cost.
For other countries, we will deduct $25 from original payment as delivery shipping cost.
EXCHANGE FOR DIFFERENT SIZES
If the size you purchased does not fit, you may exchange to a suitable size.
You can exchange items you purchased for any different size available in stock. However, you cannot exchange into different products. You will need to make a new order for the desired product. We will process the exchange/refund within 5 business days after its arrival.
TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES ON EXCHANG
Mark returns as Returned Goods on parcels in order to request exemption from return import duties and taxes. Any Import duties and taxes incurred by return or exchange shipments are the customer's responsibility .
If your local customs authority insists upon any issue taxes or duties again, you will need to present proof exchange and that you have already paid the taxes and duties and that you have sent the original item back to us.
Please make sure to have the tracking number for your return goods and the receipt for the taxes and duties in hand.
Please be informed that you are liable for the return transportation of the item to AWNL. You are responsible for any damage or loss of the item occurred during the the return item back to AWNL. We recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the returned items.
AWNL recommends that you always keep any receipts until the return of your item has been completed.
